Swissbau Innovation Lab - Special show for digital transformation 2018
Das Swissbau Innovation Lab nahm sich den aktuellen Themen der Digitalisierung an und traf damit den Nerv der Zeit. Die Sonderschau für digitale Transformation machte die Chancen und Relevanz der neuen Technologien in der Bau- und Immobilienwirtschaft vielseitig erlebbar und schuf für die digitalen Innovationen die passende Bühne. Der Lebenszyklus einer Immobilie bildete den roten Faden anhand dessen gezeigt wurde, wie Gebäude in naher Zukunft geplant, gebaut, genutzt und betrieben werden. Anarchitekton war eingeladen, die Konzeption der Sonderschau über eineinhalb Jahre zu mit zu entwickeln und die gestalterische Umsetzung des «Innovation Labs» und des «iRooms», der neuen Swissbau Sonderschau, in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der I/E/U Consulting AG zu betreuen. Bestandteil des «Innovation Labs» war der «iRoom», in welchem dem Swissbau Publikum durch Schauspieler*innen aus drei Perspektiven die Transformation der Baubranche interaktiv zum Leben erweckt wurde.
Die Swissbau Sonderschau «Innovation Lab» bestand aus:

Dem «Innovation Village»: Der Inszenierung neuster Produkte und Lösungen.
The Swissbau Innovation Lab addressed the current issues of digitisation and thus hit the nerve of the times. The special show for digital transformation made it possible to experience the opportunities and relevance of new technologies in the construction and real estate industries in a variety of ways and created the right stage for digital innovations. The lifecycle of a property was the leitmotif that showed how buildings will be planned, built, used and operated in the near future. Anarchitekton was invited to develop the concept for the special show over a period of one and a half years and to supervise the creative implementation of the «Innovation Lab» and the «iRoom», the new Swissbau special show, in close cooperation with I/E/U Consulting AG. Part of the «Innovation Lab» was the «iRoom», in which the Swissbau audience was interactively brought to life the transformation of the construction industry through actors from three perspectives.
